Rates

• Maximum number of people is 12.
• Deposit of ½ of your total with reservation. Balance due on arrival date.
• Payments can be made with major credit card.
• Check-in 3:00PM.
• Check-out 11:00AM.
• Smoking outside only, containers are provided for your convenience.
• No pets.

Cancellations and Refunds
ALL NOTICES MUST BE BY EMAIL. We understand things happen. If you must cancel with more than 14 days notice you will receive a full refund less 10% booking charge. If less than 14 days notice is given the deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to give notice and do not show up, full charges will be made to your credit card. 

Weather - We don’t control the weather conditions, no refunds for weather.

Damages or theft, by you or your guests, will be charged to your credit card.

Trash containers are provided. Please don’t litter.

We have tried to provide you with surroundings as if this were your home, please take care of it. We want you to come back.
